How orders ship

Duty gear ships direct from the warehouse. Armor is built for the officer wearing it, so it works differently.

Duty gear

In-stock items ship in 2–5 business days, drop-shipped direct from the warehouse rather than routed through us first. Need to know where an order has got to? Tell us and we'll check with the warehouse.

Belts, holsters, lights, knives, pouches, apparel — anything that doesn't need fitting.

Body armor

Armor is built to order and sized to the individual officer. Expect 5–10 weeks from order to delivery.

You can order it here, but it's sized to the individual officer — so a fitting first is strongly recommended, and we'll confirm measurements before the order goes to the manufacturer.

What shipping costs

Shipping is charged once per delivery, on the total weight of the shipment — not per item. Ordering four things together costs the same to ship as ordering one of similar weight.

Shipment weight Cost
Up to 8 oz $4.99
8 oz – 1 lb $5.99
1 – 5 lb $9.99
5 – 10 lb $10.99
Over 10 lb $19.99

Continental US (Lower 48). We can ship to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI and outside the US, but not at these rates — ask us and we'll quote the actual freight before you order.

Common questions

Where do you ship?

Online orders ship anywhere in the continental US at the rates above. Alaska, Hawaii and the US territories are possible but priced separately — ask us first. On-site body armor fittings and demos are across Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska.

Why does body armor take so much longer?

Because it's made for one specific officer. A vest that fits badly is a vest that gets left in a locker, so it's measured first and built after — that build time is the 5–10 weeks.

Can you ship to individual officers rather than the department?

Usually — tell us where it needs to go when you order, or ask us first if the order is going to several addresses.
