Buy armor on contract
Point Blank and Slate Solutions hold the NASPO ValuePoint and state contracts for their body armor, and neither sells direct. CCG is their listed distributor for this region — so a department can buy on contract and we handle the fitting, the order and the paperwork.

Procurement
Questions your finance office will ask
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes — and you do not need the PO in hand to order. Approved agency accounts check out on Net-15 invoice terms with no card and no PO required. The invoice is emailed to your accounts-payable address. You can add or correct your PO number at any point — just reply to the invoice email or call us — and we reissue the invoice with the number on it.
What are your payment terms?
Net 15 from the invoice date for approved agency accounts. Departments already set up with us have those terms available immediately; new agencies are approved for invoicing by Mike once verified. Credit or debit card payment is available to anyone and settles immediately.
What contract vehicles can we buy through?
NASPO ValuePoint — the national cooperative purchasing agreement that individual states sign on to. The manufacturers hold the contracts and do not sell direct, so CCG supplies their lines as a listed dealer. The states and agreement numbers are above.
How is body armor eligibility verified?
Restricted items require a verified agency account. Verification captures agency details and a law-enforcement ID, and is reviewed by Mike personally before approval. Restricted items are not sold to unverified buyers.
What are your lead times?
In-stock duty gear ships from the warehouse in 2–5 business days. Body armor is built to order and runs 5–10 weeks — you can order it here, but it is sized to the individual officer, so a fitting first is strongly recommended.
What is your returns policy?
Most items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn and in new condition, in their original packaging with all tags, instructions and accessories included. Contact us before sending anything back — we will confirm the return, tell you where to send it, and confirm any fee that applies. Return shipping is not refundable.
Some categories cannot be returned at all — body armor, handcuffs and restraints, base layers and headwear, first aid and PPE, forensic supplies, and special orders. The full list is on our returns page, and it is worth reading before you order.
Can we get a quote before ordering?
Yes. Ask for one on the contact form, or after a fitting for armor. Agreed pricing is held against your account.
