For departments and individuals

Anyone can buy general duty gear by card, with no account. Signing in earns 10% off your order, a promotion running through 2027. Agency verification is a further step — it adds restricted equipment and, once separately approved, invoice terms.

Approval is manual and usually same-day. You'll get an email either way.

What verification unlocks

  • Restricted equipment — items we can only sell to a verified agency
  • Order history — reorder for new hires without starting over
  • A route to invoice terms — verification is the step before it, though approval is separate

The 10% account discount isn't part of this — it applies to anyone signed in to an account, verified or not.

Invoice terms are a separate step

Being verified isn't the same as being set up for invoicing. Net-15 terms are approved by Mike per account — departments already set up with us have them straight away. Until then, card checkout works exactly as it does for everyone.

Buying as an individual?

Officers buying their own kit, and the general public, can order most duty gear and apparel here. You do not need a department behind you — an account takes a minute and takes 10% off your order.
