Why a fitting comes first

You can order armor here — it's in the catalog like everything else. But it's sized to the individual officer, so a fitting first is strongly recommended: it's the difference between a vest that gets worn and one that lives in a locker.

Build time runs 5–10 weeks either way, and armor can't be returned once it ships — so the measurements are worth getting right. Returns & alterations.
